Living in the dry heat of the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia is very punishing on sun decks and when mine needed replacing I researched all the available deck coatings before deciding to do the work myself.

I chose the DUCAN Roll-Dek /Top-Cote system and obtained the free “how to” DVD from my local hardware store.

Following the easy to understand instruction I applied the base coats and top coat over new plywood and was pleasantly surprised how easy the job became.
I had questions during the application and found the DUCAN customer service to be extremely helpful and efficient. My deck looks better than I ever expected and is highly resistant to abrasion. It being totally waterproof gives me the peace of mind that my deck is protected for many years to come.

I can honestly recommend Ducan products and by doing it myself saved nearly $5,000.00 on a 450 square foot deck, as well as supporting a Canadian made product.

If I can Ducan,  Uucan  Ducan.  I am a 62 year old woman, not just a pretty wrinkled face.

On Thursday Nov. 12,  I decided to put Ducan on the deck, the local Supplier advised me not too.

Well it is gorgeous, and worked like a charm.  I bought the low temperature adhesive.  It was approx. 5 degrees Celsius and like I said there just were no problems.  I have never seen it done, so I was flying by the seat of my pants. I read all the instructions, which were well written, and put a fan close by to help speed the drying process.  I just moved the fan around, and when both sides got tacky, I put them together.  All the old guys at the strata where I live are jealous.  So If I can Ducan, Uucan Ducan. That's about it. Thanks for a great product.
