Easy to install, waterproof, all-weather protection that provides years of enjoyment with minimum maintenance
Ducan ROLL-DEK (Textured Basecoat) is a self-priming synthetic rubber coating with non-skid particles added for
a skid resistant texture. TOP-COTE colour coat is the third coat as well as the maintenance coat for the ROLL-DEK
SYSTEM. TOP-COTE provides the colour and U.V. protection. ROLL-DEK/TOP-COTE SYSTEM is long lasting, permanently
flexible, unaffected by weather extremes, and resistant or unaffected by ozone, sunlight, most acids, alkalis or
solvents. ROLL-DEK/TOP-COTE SYSTEM is easily applied by roller or brush. An added advantage is the fast dry,
permitting up to 2 or 3 coats per day. ROLL-DEK/TOP-COTE SYSTEM, when used as directed is permanently water
proof, expands, contracts and stretches with the surface to which it has been applied.
USES: sundecks, patios, balconies, walkways, boatdecks, metal roofs, steel or aluminum surfaces, canvas and other
areas where a hard-wearing, flexible chemical and waterproof coating is indicated.
Waterproof
Preventing moisture from entering into
wood surfaces prevents ÒrotÓ and
that is why ROLL-DEK/TOP-COTE
are both waterproof
Applications
The most common applications are for sundecks, balconies,
walkways, but other areas would be high moisture areas
such as houseboats, rubber rafts, kayaks, marine flooring
and many others.
ROLL-DEK/TOP-COTE will fully adhere to plywood, above
ground concrete, fiberglass and most rigid surfaces.

the high Arctic to the deep south.
Low Maintanence
Ducan recomends a reapplication of Ducan TOPCOTE
every 2 to 3 years, unlike the need to paint or
stain wooden decks each year. It also eliminates the
hazards of wood splintering.
Permanently Flexible
ROLL-DEK/TOP-COTE will expand, contract and
stretch with the surface to which
it has been applied.
Toughness
Decks, walkways, balconies seem to get
more than their fair share of traffic and abuse
ROLL-DEK/TOP-COTE will resist wear extremely well.5
Non-skid Safety
The texture of the Roll-Dek offers excellent
non-skid properties, providing sure footing
even when wet.
Easy To Keep Clean
Roll-Dek/Top-Cote both have properties
that resist mildew and rot, mild acids and
alkaline spills, and successfully repel most
stain causing products; including sulfides
from acid rain. Ducan recommends cleaning
with a stiff brush, THE DUKE a concentrated
all purpose cleaner & degreaser and
rinsing with water.
